  I was very displeased with my experience at the store with “Yasi”. I do not like to accuse anyone of being high on you know what but she was not only speaking at the sound of light, but being extremely rude and self-obsessed. I do not even think she wanted to help us. She then talked to another customer for, I kid you not, almost 10 minutes, holding the checkout line up. No wonder the company is going down….

  Thank you to the Legacy West store and the manager there who set our group up so nicely a few weeks ago! We were referred by Lulu's awesome brand ambassador Brandon Brisco. We had so much fun trying on cute outfits and being treated so generously by the ladies in the fitting room. Superb customer service! And I love my new outfit -- so buttery soft, beautiful color, excellent fabric! Thank you Lulu!

  Great selections at this BIG Lulu store. Super friendly and helpful staff. Was greeted right away and asked if assistance was needed throughout my shopping, without feeling pushy. Fitting room attendant was very nice and helpful too! Awesome location because of the people!

  I am absolutely disgusted by what I witnessed at this store. While I was shopping, there were three young girls simply walking around, talking to each other, and minding their own business when a blonde employee/manager suddenly started screaming at them to get out. They were not causing a scene, being disruptive, or doing anything wrong. There was no reason for them to be treated that way. What made it even worse was that after she yelled at them in front of customers, she tried to cover it up and act like she had been yelling at employees instead of guests. That was completely dishonest and honestly pathetic. I ended up seeing the girls outside afterward and found out that only one of them even worked there — and she was off the clock. The other two were not employees at all. So this woman was comfortable publicly humiliating young customers for absolutely no valid reason. It was disgusting, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. No customer — especially young girls — should ever be screamed at, embarrassed, or treated like that in a store. I was genuinely shocked by what I witnessed. I told those girls God bless them, because no one deserves to be spoken to that way. As long as that rude woman is working at this location, I will never shop here again.
