My experience at this store wasn’t bad but not best unfortunately. I’d like to assume and will say there was an older lady who was kind and attentive to me at this location upon my arrival. However, there was another young lady and she seemed low motivated and customer service was not there in any kind of way. I asked where the cardigans were and although she did respond, but did not ask if she could assist me in finding the one I was looking for. I had to go around 3 times the section before I could find them. At check out, she didn’t ask for my email or if I was using my Jcrew card, as I am a member. I left it at that and just made my purchase as I was very disappointed with the customer service experience. I will never come back to this location unless I really have to.

Went in to find some suits or outfits for meetings I have next week in Houston. I walked in and was the only customer. A blonde older lady and a younger gentlemen were working and talking. Neither acknowledged me or greeted me as I walked around. I left and will spend my money elsewhere. Very rude and snobby people working there.

Very rude staff, esp that old blonde, if she doesn’t know how to respond customer when they said “thank you”, she is supposed to get fired.

Called the store in search of a suit despite the website saying none were in stock. Lady on the phone assured me they had them. 45 minute drive later, I arrived and no suits in the store. Waste of a trip!
