- MTMolly TSep 17, 20265.0When I came in yesterday, I first asked a blonde woman with large glasses, where I could find the foot recovery shoes. She gave me a confused look and said "what are recovery shoes?". You work in a shoe store! I'm asking YOU for help. I started limping around the store, realizing that the memory foam slides I was looking for were pretty well spread out. My husband was helping me as well, but nothing was working. Eventually, a very sweet brunette woman saw the tears in my eyes and asked if she could help me. She pointed out where some of these shoes were. Not long after, I was experiencing freedom from pain for the first time in weeks. Thank you DSW, to all the ladies who actually helped me. The Nike adjustable straps memory foam slides are exactly what I needed ❤️💯💯💯 also the check out lady was very sweet and attentive. Wish I could remember names, just that the woman who really helped me had dark hair. Thank you again!!!
- LBLinda BernsteinSep 14, 20261.0Extremely rude staff! Found a price match of the shoes we wanted to purchase and they denied us due to the WIDTH of the shoes! I did not see this stipulation anywhere in their PRICE MATCH PROMISE. It was the exact same shoe but in a different width. Seems like a scam to me. The bigger issue is how rude she was. Had my daughter not loved the shoes I would have definitely walked out and taken my business elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t shop there again.
- THTerry HoltSep 5, 20265.0Found what I needed and the process was easy.
- KKKathyAug 17, 20265.0Jada is a GEM!!! I was trying to exchange shoes because another location got my size wrong and there was none at this location. Jada made sure to get in touch with another store and have them hold the shoes I wanted.
- MEMar EscJul 14, 20263.0They need more people to be on the floor helping costumers for questions or looking for items as this place tends to be crowded, it's a little expensive and not many sales to get from! Cashiers be busy they can't really help you out for been a well extended place.
