  I'm very thankful for the team at my DY in Plano, TX. I recently visited another location and they don't compare to the team at Legacy West in Texas. The team at Legacy West is very welcoming, kind, nice, knowledgeable, and proud of the product. Carlos is my man!When he's helping other customers the team is always there.

  We absolutely love shopping at the David Yurman store in Legacy West, Plano. Their jewelry collection is stunning, with beautiful pieces available across a wide range of price points. The women’s cable bracelet collection is timeless and elegant, and their men’s bracelets are incredibly stylish and sophisticated. A special thank you to Carlos, who always provides exceptional service. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Rather than simply showing products, he takes the time to understand our preferences and offers thoughtful suggestions and guidance that are always spot on. The entire shopping experience feels luxurious, welcoming, and personalized. We truly appreciate the attentive care and outstanding customer service we receive every time we visit. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and a first-class shopping experience!

  I’m only leaving a 5-star review because of my experience with Demi, who was incredibly kind and attentive. I had been walking around the store for quite a while without any assistance, despite there being three associates available. One in particular saw me multiple times and chose not to help, which made me feel overlooked and unwelcome. I can only assume I wasn’t perceived as someone looking to spend money based on my appearance, but if I’m in the store, I’d consider myself a potential customer and opportunity for commission. The short, tanned associate with shoulder-length brown hair made no effort to engage and left a very negative impression, especially since I had come in intending to purchase a birthday gift for myself. Demi, who was already assisting another customer, came over as soon as she could and offered help. I shared my disappointment with her, and she handled the situation professionally, apologized, and showed me the piece I was interested in, which I ended up purchasing. 10/10 service from Demi. She completely turned around my experience. The other associate could benefit from taking a page out of her book, every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated as a valued customer.

  Another great experience! Julia once again found me the perfect piece of jewelry and she helped my mother buy my birthday gift over the phone. Very knowledgeable and helpful and I love the stores location! Always a fun trip when you go here.

  I stopped by the David Yurman store in Plano recently and left genuinely impressed with both the selection and the way everything is presented. The first thing that stood out was how clean and curated the showcases are each case feels intentionally laid out, with plenty of space to actually see the details instead of everything being crammed together. The charm/pendant selection was especially strong: lots of classic DY vibes mixed with modern pieces crosses in multiple finishes, coin style medallions, Star of David designs, and a mix of stones like black onyx and that deep green malachite style tag pendant. There were also some fun, more “talisman” options that felt trend forward without looking cheap. I also liked the variety of chains on display (silver, gold, and darker gunmetal tones), plus the chunkier bracelet styles and signet rings that looked substantial and well finished under the lighting. Even through the glass, you could tell the craftsmanship is sharp edges are clean, settings look secure, and the pieces have that weighty, premium feel you expect at this price point. The themed sections (like “Celestial” and “Elemental”) were a nice touch too easy to browse if you’re shopping by vibe rather than a specific item. Customer experience was solid: the store felt calm and upscale, and it didn’t have that pushy “sales pressure” energy. My only real gripe is the entrance doors super confusing because you have to push them open when they look like you should pull. It’s a small thing, but it’s awkward on the way in and out. Overall, great selection, great presentation, and a polished shopping experience definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a statement piece or a meaningful gift.
