  Miya was amazing. I had ordered several pairs of pants and shirts on line. I loved the clothes but have lost some weight and the fit was off. I drove hours on a Saturday to see if I could find the right size and fit. Miya was patient and incredibly helpful in getting me the right fit and size in pants and shirts. My new clothes have arrived, they fit and look great. Better than if I would have selected them on my own. Thank You Miya!

  I love this store and their business model. Go get yourself fitted. Ask for Tiffany. She’ll find you the right choices and record your measurements so whenever you make future purchases they’ll fit you perfectly.

  I had an outstanding experience shopping at Bonobos today, thanks to Tiffany! I've been a longtime Bonobos customer, but I needed some guidance selecting a few sport coats for work. From the moment we met, Tiffany built an instant rapport and made me feel like we had worked together for years, even though it was our first interaction. She listened to what I was looking for, made excellent recommendations, and helped me find pieces that fit both my style and my needs. What really stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Her approach was genuine, knowledgeable, and focused on helping rather than selling. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Tiffany delivered one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time. Bonobos is fortunate to have someone who represents the brand so well. I'll definitely be back and hope to work with Tiffany again!

  What an amazing experience! The store was exceptionally clean, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. 10/10—I highly recommend stopping by, and I will definitely be back! The store manager was exceptional !

  Visited for the second time Yesterday. First time was for pants, second time was for shorts and summer shirts. Both times the staff were super nice and helpful in getting me into the right sizes/colors/products for me! One note though, you cannot buy anything in store, this is just a showroom. Standard shipping is 2-3 business days, was not an issue for me but definitely something to be aware of if your purchase is time sensitive.
