- LOLeslye Ortiz1 day ago2.0I went to this store yesterday 05/18 at around 7pm with my sister looking for a graduation dress. She found one she liked, but there was only one large left, so she asked me to see if they had a medium available. I completely understand that employees probably get asked the same questions all day long, especially in the clothing industry. However, customer service still matters. When I went to ask one of the employees — the girl with cheetah print skirt holding a walkie talkie, possibly a lead or manager — she cut me off before I could even finish my question and rudely said, “Whatever we have on show is all we have.” Okay, that’s fine, but there’s no reason to be rude about it. If employees are tired of being asked about sizes, maybe the store should consider putting up signs letting customers know there’s no extra stock available. Attitudes like this can really hurt the store’s reputation and make customers not want to come back.
