  Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I went to the Pearland Sunglass Hut to return a pair of sunglasses I had purchased that same day from the Galleria location. The sunglasses had remained in the box and I had not even taken them out, yet the associate told me they were damaged and refused to accept the return. What was especially frustrating was that instead of simply trying to resolve the issue, the associate suggested that the Galleria location had probably sold me damaged frames. I contacted the Galleria store myself, explained the situation, and they contacted the Pearland location. I was then told that I should be able to return them because they do not sell damaged frames. When I returned to Pearland, the associate still insisted they were damaged. At one point, he said he didn’t know what could have happened between the time I purchased them at Galleria and the time I brought them to Pearland. That comment made very little sense considering I had literally left them in the box since purchasing them. It felt like he was pointing fingers which is absurd. The biggest issue wasn’t even the return — it was the attitude and the constant back-and-forth. I was respectful and patient the entire time, yet I felt like I was being treated as if I had somehow caused the damage or was trying to get away with something. Because of this, I ended up having to drive 40 minutes back to the Galleria location the next morning just to return the sunglasses. Thankfully, the associates there were much more professional, kind, and actually willing to help. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them says a lot about your customer service. Unfortunately, this location handled the situation poorly, and after this experience, I have no reason to return to the Pearland store.

  Placed an order 2 weeks ago for the Kylie Meta glasses to be shipped to their store. just received a email saying my order has been cancel which is very upsetting. upon doing investigation turns out they did receive my order but sold it to a family member worker that’s why they canceled my order which is very upsetting because now I have to wait for a refund that takes about a week to receive, Do better sunglass hunt workers.
