  I never write reviews but respectfully this was such a trash experience. I’ve come here before looking cute because I was running errands anyway, but today I was in regular shorts and a tshirt, no makeup (this is important). I dropped my clothes off, noticed the staff were pretty cold but didn’t think much of it. I was told it would be about a two hour wait, but literally less than five minutes after I left I got a text saying my clothes were ready. I came back, started to say hi to the girl at the register and she cut me off, quite literally LOOKED me up and down, and just said “give me your ticket”. Cool cool cool. I gave her the ticket, she came back and with the nastiest fake smile told me they couldn’t take any of the clothes for style reasons. I understand that’s the usual Plato’s script, and that in and of itself is totally fine! I wouldn’t have cared! But it was the WAY she said it, looked at her coworkers, looked back at me and literally giggled. When I grabbed my box from the back, I noticed it hadn’t even been looked through. All the clothes (which were mostly namebrand tank tops and shorts!!) were still folded exactly as I left them. Crazy work. Ig don’t forget your eyeliner if you want them to be civil 😭

  Gave me $18 bucks for 3 Nike Tech jackets all worth $100. Wasn’t looking for much but to not even give me $20 is absurd. Very displeased.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and so is the staff. Gross.

  Much easier to buy and sell here than Uptown. Glad I made the stop before heading home. The store is packed with clothes and the girls there seem to be working hard to keep up with the amount of inventory. Skipped the shoes but found a lot of name brand clothes in great condition. It also only took them less than 15 minutes to look through my items so I wasn’t waiting hours.

  Store is way too crowded. To top it off they had their Lululemon section blocked off for at least a week for a BTS event…
