We were in for 3 hours and that’s when she started blow drying her hair. Which I just stopped her and left. Yes I still paid. She was moving so slow. This last time I came, I had an appointment scheduled. The stylist was running late. Okay, I still waited. She arrives and I guess two appointments were booked at the same time. I arrived first before the other person. She takes the other lady over my daughter and said she will start she get her started. I’m still being patiently waiting, an hour later, she still hasn’t start on my daughter hair. I up and left. Just unacceptable. I won’t be going back there

She ask another associate who was at another registered talking to her coworker. She came bk with the price of 98$. I went bk to the racks found the item in a different size regular price 88$ clearance 29$. I told them they were lazy and walked out. The cashier ringing me up continued to eat her cookies in front of me while Natalie and the other register employee continued to talk to each other. Apparently gossiping and eating was more important than tending to the 1 customer. I left because I'm sure Kohl's has 10 times better service. This is what customer no service looks like and humans don't understand why they are being replaced by robots. How could winter clearance be more than the original price.
- MMmatthewMay 3, 20261.0I TOLD THE ASSOCIATE THAT I DIDN’T WANT THE REFUND PUT ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT I WANTED ON A SEPARATE CARD ON STORE CREDIT AND SHE ENDED UP REFUNDING IT STRAIGHT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD AND SAYING THAT THE SYSTEM DID IT SHITTY SERVICE
