  My happy place :) This store always has a great selection and friendly staff. I do wish the horror section was larger (there are other authors besides Stephen King!) but otherwise still worth a visit just to browse.

  Awesome selection, and honestly a generally pretty awesome store. My wife and I had some exceptionally terrible service from an employee I can only describe as rather unfriendly. He was a younger guy with long-ish hair that just had a terrible attitude and really stand offish body language. He didn’t greet us, and didn’t say a word. He rolled his eyes and groaned when we had a 10% off coupon as well. He also didn’t offer us a bag for our items (we had about five books we purchased) and while I don’t mind quiet customer service I felt that he was being incredibly rude.

  Went in and asked for help getting something out of a case. The lady upfront said she would be right there and then checked out two customers and then went to unload books. Four different employees all looked at us in the eyes and didnt acknowledge us. If you dont want to open the case then just say it, Ill spend my money somewhere else. 😭
