  You will find exactly what you looking for. As far as customers service is rare it a 2/10 and that's only because at the last minute before I leave an employee asked if I needed help. But when I entered the store the cashier looked up and never said anything. Maybe that's just how the store does it, or so I thought until another customer entered and he greeted them.

  Absolutely a must if you are looking for a good deal on books that are gently used. Great selection. Saves me a ton of money.

  a lot of manga was locked up that wasn’t for adults! as i have them myself; the section was much smaller than used to be and some books priced higher then original price

  I would not recommend selling your books here based on my experience. I brought in a hardcover copy of Contemporary Political Thought by Colin Hay that I had from college. I was told it would not sell, that no one would want it, and that it would most likely be recycled. They offered me about five dollars and made it seem like that was the best and only option, even encouraging me to just sign and move forward. Later, I found the same book listed on their website for around 65 dollars. I called to ask about the difference, and the response I received was that what they told me in store is simply what their system instructs them to say. That explanation did not sit right with me. The issue is not just the pricing difference, it is the lack of transparency. Telling customers an item has little to no value and may be recycled, while it is actually being resold at a much higher price, feels misleading. It removes the opportunity for the seller to make an informed decision, negotiate, or simply keep their item. If you are considering selling books here, I would strongly recommend looking up your book’s value ahead of time and not relying solely on what you are told in store.
