  Ridiculous. We ordered something from the Pearland Store Website to be delivered to us only 32 miles from store. The package has now taken 10 days and it is stuck in Kansas. It was shipped from the warehouse in Utah or Wy, can’t remember which. Crazy why couldn’t you just ship it from the store it is ordered from. I’ll just do business with someone else next time.

  Rick at the marine parts counter has great work ethic and knowledge of the products Bass Pro sells. I found the parts I needed in stock and really appreciate the help.

  Bass pro shops has something for the whole family and my dream golf cart is there take the family there especially to see the fish/ bridge

  Was just there for a 30 min. The store is always impressive. Didn't like the high pressure on the trips. It was a good deal, guy was nice but didn't quite understand we were in a hurry. Anyway it was a good short visit.

  I have never seen such a complete lack of respect and complete disregard for customer satisfaction as I received tonight at the Bass Pro shop in Pearland. I called today and spoke to someone who told me they were fairly slow and could get my boat right in. I took off work early and drove halfway across town and went to back in my boat. I spoke to a young man moving boats who was absolutely clueless and looked at me crazy when I told him the boat he was moving wasn’t latched. I proceeded inside to talk to the lady inside to drop off my boat. She acted as if was an imposition to even speak to me and proceeded to tell me there only rigging tech was off all week and they wouldn’t even be able to put in line till next week and that they were very busy. I told her that was not what I was told earlier and she asked who I spoke with, I told her I did not get a name. She proceeded to tell me that those salesman that answer don’t know anything. I asked her how they would secure my boat while they worked on it and she told me it would be stored in an open lot with a lock on the trailer. At this time I knew I was not about to trust my $100k boat with this circus act. Beware, find somewhere else to take your boat. They caused me a world a trouble and I didn’t even use them!
