Would only offer me partial refund of delivery then hung up the phone on me. I called back to make sure the details for delivery were discussed, Cassandra was very rude and said it would only be delivered before 2pm without guarantee. She then hung up again without ending the conversation properly such as: is there anything else, or even a simple “goodbye”

Thank you to the sweet woman that answered the phone in-store and the Manager for hand delivering the arrangement. My Mother was absolutely thrilled as she said it was beautiful. Thank you again so very much.
