Order was placed the evening before a Saturday delivery, and it arrived on time. Ordering at their website was a much better experience than ordering from the national florist websites.

In the past, I’ve had disappointing experiences ordering floral arrangements sight unseen, so I was hesitant to place an order over the phone. However, she made the process easy and reassuring from start to finish. The peace lily was full and beautiful!

I was impressed when I was left a message that the begonias Breen's had received were not up to their standard and asked if I'd like to send another plant. I asked them to use their best judgement and a beautiful bromeliad was sent to my daughter in Houston. The Salem NH florist could not have sent a more beautiful New Guinea Impatiens to my daughter who lives there so their FTD partner did an excellent job also.

The flowers were delivered as promised by Breen's however, with it being her first day the front desk at her new job did not have her contact information so she did not receive them. This was through no fault of Breen's. After speaking with our daughter, she did receive them today and they are still gorgeous. We will definitely use Breen's in the future when sending flowers to our daughter. Thanks Mary, for reaching out early this morning and following through to be sure she received them.
