I placed an online order for store pickup at this Paris, TX location. The first employee who greeted me was very polite and tried to help me find my package. However, since she couldn't find it, she asked a coworker, and that’s when the experience went downhill. The second employee responded with an extremely rude attitude and a dismissive tone, saying, 'Did you get the email saying it was ready? Then it's not ready.' I understand company policies and that the order wasn't processed yet, but there is absolutely no need for that kind of poor customer service and attitude, especially toward a mother carrying a baby. Management really needs to train their staff on basic customer service and respect

I understand stores have closing times, but there’s absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer about it. I was treated very disrespectfully when I was told the store was closing in 10 minutes. A simple, polite reminder would have been enough. Customer service and the way you speak to people matters. (Laura)

Enjoyed the food, early supper if I remember. Food was delicious, piping hot and tasted fresh.

Belk is such a great store. Mr. Bill in Men's dept is so friendly. Peyton Houghton in cosmetics is extremely knowledgeable about discounts and on line orders.
