From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, and the level of care and attention I received was unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere. Because they work by appointment only, you never feel rushed. They take the time to understand exactly what you want and make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. I decided to have my wedding ring made in solid 14k gold. Since gold is a softer metal, I needed to have the prongs adjusted a few times over the years. Every time, Dan gladly fixed and polished my ring at no charge and always made sure it looked beautiful before I left. When I recently told him that I was moving and was worried about not having him nearby to help maintain my ring, he went above and beyond. To give me extra peace of mind, he strengthened the prongs by adding silver reinforcement at no cost. That level of kindness and customer care is hard to find these days. Dan truly stands behind his work, and it shows. The craftsmanship, honesty, and genuine care he provides are the reasons I would recommend Diamonds & Designs without hesitation.
