My wife and I were in the store looking at a specific boat for 20+ minutes and both sales men sat on their phones and paid no attention to us. When we started walking away my wife said "we had some questions about this boat" and one of the men still on his phone waved her over like he was going to help us and we said no we are good. Started walking out of the store the other man ran up behind us and asked if he could help. After we had already been there for almost half an hour and I said no "you're to busy" sitting around messing on your phones to actually make a sale. Will not be looking at this establishment again for a boat purchase ever again.

I might have found my items cheaper online, but the personal service I've received and being able to actually hold and feel the fishing gear means way more to me.
