  Went yesterday and bought 2 earrings and 2 necklaces. When I got home I noticed they weren't even in the bag, but the cashier charged me for them. Like how does that even happen gosh! So, I went back today and they said I had to look for them in the jewelry section. I also had to look for the SPECIFIC NUMBER that was on the receipt and I had to do that for all 4 of them or else they wouldn’t give me a refund. Keep in mind none of the workers even came to help me until the end when I had already gotten 3 of my jewelry’s I was just missing one and it was only one guy that helped and a lady

  Today I went into the salon. My stylist took me back early. Then i sat in the chair for 20 minutes while she got everything ready. Cut and color. I did give her creative room. I picked the cut i wanted. The salon manager helped her cross check my hair and give her pointers. ( i later found out i was the first person she actually had worked on) She colored my hair first. 1.She dropped the applicator on the floor then proceeded to use it on my head. 2. She dropped a clip on the floor used it in my hair 3. Washed my hair ( rinse color) got soap in my eye twice. Then dropped the towel on the floor, and proceeded to dry my hair. Back to the chair. I had stain all over my forhead, ears, neck. She cut my hair, not in the style I wanted. The shop itself was unprofessional, hollaring across shop, color station was trashed. After getting my hair cut and about to leave the manager took a picture of my hair. - I walked through the salon, and shopped ay JCPennys. No ONE "noticed" or said anything to me that my shirt had been completely ruined by the dye. The collar, the shoulders, and mid back all covered in hair dye. $125 dollars lighter, a ruined shirt and a cut i am not happy with. They gave me a meger $30 refund and on the receipt it said "client changed mind" - that is NOT what happen.

  Wow, 2 cashiers must have been the only employees at Pennys yesterday. I shopped the sales for well over 2 hours .. never saw anyone on the floor to help out. So at this Pennys, customer service is out the window, there its every man for himself. The 2 cashiers deserve a huge raise. The other employees... (hmm, I ASSUME there were more employees ), need to be re-trained or let go. BTW. The sale was great! I would have gotten more, IF I could have asked for help.

  Feel like the manager should have handled the situation better! Went to to do an exchange and also browse for pajama for my husband.when 2 teenagers(wearing orange vest) came up to me and asked if i put anything in my purse,me confused i said no! And he goes cause they saw you that you put something in your purse,sothen he acted like he was on the phone with “security” to look at camera to make sure they got the right one.made me wave at the cctv.Anyways they left and it didn’t sit right with me so went to the front and asked for manager.told her what had happened.her response was its probably some kids being rowdy and that she’ll let their parents know! I couldn’t believe what she said.well finally those 2 teenagers came to the front so i said thats them! She told them that its rude to ask the customers if they out something in their purse! So i was like do they even work for jcpenney! They said NO! That they work for the government. Like no connection to jcpenney at all! By this time the manager is just standing there while i argue with this teenager who’s obviously doing it for a video given that he’s wearing a meta glasses. i just left and went to pay for my stuff! I should’ve called the cops.but at the time I couldn’t believe what just happened!
