HORRIBLE, THESE REVIEWS ARE ALL FROM IDIOTS. Since when has Goodwill become a retailer, oh wait They aren't. I can find better deals at Walmart for brand new items with a warranty. Goodwill started to help people that have low income by selling gently used items people no longer want. Goodwill now charges retail prices for everything. Thanks YouTube influences for ruining something that was supposed to help the poor by making it just another source for greedy schmucks. 7 dollars for a used Pyrex dish. 6 dollars for a used bread pan, 35 dollars for a blender that may or may not work. 10 dollars for shoes someone else sweated in, 8 dollars for a pair of pants that hosted someone elses germs. GOODWILL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!! BAN THEM UNTIL THEY FIX THIS GREEDY BEHAVIOR!!!!!!

So I'm going to start off by saying I don't really like leaving bad reviews. I actually usually love this goodwill. I shop here at least monthly. Typically we don't have an issue! Well we went there today. Found a really cool ottoman and desk among a bunch of other items. Bought it and brought it home. Upon getting home we realized the ottoman smelled like cat pee. After further investigation we realized the whole ottoman was covered in pee. So we started shampooing it. Thinking oh. Well ya know maybe they just didn't realize. As my husband is shampooing the ottoman, I'm wiping out this desk. And as I'm wiping one of the drawers had a feint pee smell and then I got to the next drawer and it was just covered in pee. After scrubbing for about an hour on these items (as we do with most things second hand) I decided to call up to the goodwill and explain my situation. That I had just bought some items and they were covered in cat pee. The first lady was understanding and got the lead manager for me. And when the lead manager got on the phone she was rude. Not nice. Like I was inconveniencing her for spending 40$ on items covered in cat pee. She told me normally they don't do returns. But if I wanted to on this special case, I had to bring the items back. For in store credit. For items that should've been in the dumpster or by the curb. For FREE. mind you I live 30 mins away. So now after I've spent an hour cleaning these items, they want me to drive back. And weren't even understanding. Just rude to me. When they are the ones selling items covered in cat pee. The customer service was seriously lacking on the managers part. And y'all should be inspecting donations instead of selling stuff covered in cat piss.
