  For a 1st time experience in this establishment that just now open, awful customer service retention etiquette. Not purchasing one not two but three dresses for tonight’s event manager Johnny wasn’t able to help my daughter out in exchanging one of them due to their strict policy of no returns, mind you my daughter was still in the store didn’t even walk out and just wanted to exchange it for another dress not return it just make an exchange and even will to purchase some kind of accessories to make up the few dollar difference! Manager Johnny said there’s nothing I can do to help you. If I could give a negative start rating I would.. Your establishment was not going to lose any monetary profits in helping a first and now last time client on a simple even EXCHANGE not return.
