  They failed to mention that you only have 1 day to collect your money before they keep your items. I never received a message or email letting me know when MY items would be ready to either pick up or donate. A guest shouldn’t have to find this out after the fact.

  Me gusta ir a esa tienda a comprar y vender artículos pero desafortunadamente ayer tuve una mala experiencia con dos vendedoras racistas que hablan español y no quisieron ayudarme a resolver un inconveniente una de ellas se llama Anai Mala experiencia … su manager es un amor pero debe enseñarles a ser amables

  I always like stopping by because they have a different selection each time. Sometimes it's plenty and other times it's low, just depends on the season. Great items for males and females. Active wear, pants, t-shirts, collar shirts, jackets, sweaters, and other accessories available purses, wallets and hats. Clean dressing rooms but one could be blocked with all the bins they get from people selling their used items. Selling periods usually coincide with the coming season and what they need most of. Brands are desirable and easier to get bought here. Customer service is always a plus. Staff is friendly and helpful when selling, checking out or looking for something specific.

  Wouldn’t look at my 2 big bags of clothes because “they needed to be washed”, and I asked “even the ones with tags?”. More than half the clothes I brought in still had tags and stickers on them. The rest were washed the day before I brought them. I really don’t think they wanted to go through it because I did bring a lot. Hand up. But it was better quality than what was already in the store. I guess to marketplace we go.
