  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I originally left a negative review after having an experience that really disappointed me. I had asked an associate for an honest opinion about a bag, specifically whether it would get dirty easily and whether it could be machine washed. I was told that it could, so I trusted that information when making my purchase. Unfortunately, the bag got dirty the very first day I used it, and I was frustrated because I felt that I hadn’t been given the most accurate information. However, I have to say that the way Lululemon handled my concerns completely changed my experience. Dianne took the time to personally reach out to me after my review, listened to my concerns, and made me feel like my feedback genuinely mattered. I really appreciated that she didn’t dismiss my experience and instead took the time to understand what happened. I went back to the store on Saturday, and although Dianne wasn’t there, another manager helped me with the exchange and was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, patient, understanding, and made sure I left happy. The way he handled everything made such a difference. I’m really impressed that my initial negative experience was met with genuine customer service and a willingness to make things right. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company responds when a customer speaks up—and Lululemon absolutely turned this experience around for me. I left the store happy, feeling heard and appreciated, and I’m grateful that I gave them the opportunity to make things right. Thank you to Dianne and the manager who helped me Saturday for making this a completely different experience. ❤️

  Azi and Sophia were great. Amazing customer service, attitudes, and very helpful! They helped me exchange a few items and waited on me. Very thankful for them and their knowledge in the gear.

  I just want to say thank you to Sasha from the bottom of my heart! She helped me find exactly what I needed while shopping for clothes, and her coworker (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Sasha truly went above and beyond to make my shopping experience exceptional. Her kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service made all the difference. Lululemon is fortunate to have employees like her, and others could definitely take a page from her book! Thank you again, Sasha, from the bottom of my heart. You made my day!   This was my first time EVER shopping / purchasing at lululemon & because of Jolleigh I will definitely be back . I called the store & Ozzy was AMAZING AS WELL . Please go see them
