  Not only was I getting stared at the whole damn time I was there, but the older black employee accused me of taking some clips?? When I told her I put back the pasties she kept denying it and I told her to look through my bags and camera and she walked away all mad ash

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Windsor location, went in the middle of the day around 1pm on a weekday. I had two girls with me only one was dress shopping and there were maybe 2-3 other customers in the store. The dress we wanted only had one size left on the floor, a small which was a little tight and short for our liking. There was one other dress left in the store on the mannequin in a medium that we wanted to try on. The girl in the dressing room went to ask someone else if we could get the dress of the mannequin to which we were initially told no. The dress was final sale so obviously we would like to try on the other size before spending $60. The girl at the register was refusing to help us get the dress off the mannequin saying she "didn't have time." She suggested we could come back another time when she would have time to help us, we had a 45 min drive to this location. I asked for the manager, she then replied she was the manager. I asked for a number to call to complain about her customer service to which she refused to provide a number and also stated they "aren't allowed to tell customers their names." So to the 'manager' at the register with the food in her braces I don't appreciate your unwillingness to help a teenager find a well-fitting dress in her size for homecoming. At this point she started to get frustrated with me asking for a number to complain so she decided to go forcefully remove the dress off the mannequin for my daughter to try on. It took her about two minutes of throwing parts of the mannequin around and talking about me to the one other employee in the store to get the dress. The dress fit nicely, and we did purchase the dress before leaving. I will not return to this location, Frisco or Allen would be a much better choice for those looking for actual customer service. I am only giving two stars because the girl in the fitting room was nice and doesn't deserve to be led by such a terrible and unwilling 'manager.'

  I went to the store today looking for a particular dress I saw online I asked the "Manager" if the dress was available and she responded with "look in the wall over there" pointing at an all black dresses when the dress I was looking for was flowery. So I went to go look for it and it was obviously not there I asked her one more time "the dress is not there can you please show me where it's located" she said " I can't right now it should be on the wall somewhere" this whatso called manager had a walkie talkie on her and could of easily got another staff to help me by looking on their computer, but she was totally rude to me and keep rolling her eyes at me. I usually don't write these comments and I know about costumer service and this store doesn't have it at all! I would like to contact the manager of this store someone that actually cares about my complaint. Btw the women was an older African American with curly hair
