- DGDanny GhiasJan 4, 20251.0I arrived at Sunglass Hut well before closing, around 8:50 PM, to make a quick return that would have taken just a minute. However, the associate, April, informed me that they had already shut down the system. Closing early and refusing to assist customers is unacceptable. There was no remorse or effort to resolve the issue. This experience was terrible, and I will not shop at this location again. I also plan to file a complaint with corporate about this poor service.
