- JNJoseph NavaAug 24, 20265.0Jordan at the Town East Mall Sunglass Hut was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough throughout our visit. She took the time to explain the process for ordering prescription lenses in detail, including what to expect and how everything works, which made the whole process feel much easier and less overwhelming. She answered all of our questions patiently, offered helpful insight, and made sure we had all the information we needed without ever making us feel rushed. You could tell she really knows the products and cares about helping customers find the right option for their needs. We really appreciated Jordan’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and we would absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re shopping at the Town East Mall location!

She spent over an hour helping me set them up and explained everything, even cleared storage in my device to make sure my glasses could update for me. Will always be coming back to see her with my sunglass and prescription needs!
