Ignition interlock devices require regular calibrations that will vary depending on your state's regulations. State regulations require your device to be calibrated anywhere from every 30 to every 180 days. Ignition interlock device calibration ensures that your car breathalyzer accurately reads and records your BAC every time it is used.

Why was I told that the first month is free and $55.00 biweekly. $110.00 a month. I went to get my thing Calibrated and the mechanic who does this couldn't get in the system.(I was schedule for friday but I had to work the weekend so I went Thursday)He called you and you told him that it was an issue on your end and you'll schedule me for Monday due to the fact that I had worked this weekend. I CALLED SATURDAY TO TELL YOU THAT I WOULD BE AT THE SHOP MONDAY TO HAVE THE SYSTEM CALIBRATED AND ASKED FOR THE MONTHLY PAYMENT THAT'S COMING UP SO THAT I COULD ADD MY BILLS UP. I WAS TOLD TO PAY $112.00 FOR THE MONTHLY SERVICE. EXPLAIN TO ME HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOU SAID 1ST MONTH IS FREE AND IT'S GONE UP TO 112.00? I HAD IT INSTALLED NOT EVEN 3 WEEKS AGO. AND YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT THE OTHER PERSON IS SAYING ON THE OTHER END. BUT THEY SURE CAN SPEAK CLEARLY ABOUT HOW MUCH TO PAY. THIS IS BS AND YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT IF I HAD LATE CHARGES YOUR END HAD SYSTEM FAILURE AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY NO MORE THAN MY FRIEND DOES WHO REFERRED ME TO YOU AND HE ONLY PAYS 130.00 A MONTH. 68.00 EVERY 2 WEEKS. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS ISSUE TO ME
