  Do not waste your money or time with this place. I have a severe dairy allergy so my husband ordered the ‘vegan’ fruit arrangement, flowers and balloons for my birthday. An arrangement full of chocolate covered fruit arrived and no sign of the balloons or flowers. When my husband called to request a refund they claimed they could not refund the edible arrangement because a product had been delivered, even though it was the wrong one. Based on other reviews, I have no idea how this location is still open and operating. Will absolutely be reporting to corporate.

  Never ever order from this location ever again. They delivered my order to the wrong person and said its Uber fault because they are not allowed to enter a business. They just drop it at the front desk. I have been a loyal customer but I will never ever order from them again. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

  I ordered a thank you gift for my babysitter early in the morning. My order was complete at 10am. I also paid extra for the "1 hour delivery". $15 dollars extra to be exact. Their website says that the order should arrive withing 1 hrs of completing the order and recieveing the email confirmation. It is now 2:15pm and my order hasn't arrived.. I called the store location and spoke to Carla. She informed me that she couldn't find my order. (1st red flag. ) Then a minute later she confirms the address with me. She says she will put me on a brief hold to see if my order was out for delivery or still inside the store. I was put on hold for about 40 min and I finally terminated the call. ( 2nd red flag). **i should have came to the reviews first before I even placed an order. ** this same thing happened to me about a yr ago with he same company. Safe to say, this company doesn't keep promises.

  Had an issue and needed a Manager, Amber handled it with care and charisma to boot! She resolved my issue and made me feel heard. 10/10 Customer care!

  I ordered a fruit platter from the Mesquite location in February for a friend’s baby shower at work. I was told that a delivery attempt was made, but I was at work all day and never received the order. As a result, I lost both the money I paid for the fruit platter and the $15 tip. The store offered to remake the order, but that wasn’t a reasonable solution since the event had already passed and I no longer needed a fruit platter. They also offered store credit, but after this experience, I have no interest in ordering from this location again. It took them (talked to Amber and two other associates) 4 months to tell me I wouldn’t be issued a refund and it took me to come to the store to get this answer 4 months later. In the end, I paid for a product I never received. I would recommend using a different location unless you’re comfortable risking your order being marked as delivered while someone else enjoys what you paid for. Hoping to dispute with my bank at this point.
