  I ordered a fruit platter from the Mesquite location in February for a friend’s baby shower at work. I was told that a delivery attempt was made, but I was at work all day and never received the order. As a result, I lost both the money I paid for the fruit platter and the $15 tip. The store offered to remake the order, but that wasn’t a reasonable solution since the event had already passed and I no longer needed a fruit platter. They also offered store credit, but after this experience, I have no interest in ordering from this location again. It took them (talked to Amber and two other associates) 4 months to tell me I wouldn’t be issued a refund and it took me to come to the store to get this answer 4 months later. In the end, I paid for a product I never received. I would recommend using a different location unless you’re comfortable risking your order being marked as delivered while someone else enjoys what you paid for. Hoping to dispute with my bank at this point.

  Had flowers and a cheesecake delivered to my girlfriend - cheesecake was upside down, flowers were half dead and overall a sloppy delivery. Read the other reviews and stay away.

  Do Not order from here Delivery is horrible they left the fruit on the front porch on the ground Did NOT knock or ring the door bell just dropped and left, the Ants had a feast!!!! Called back explained the situation oh how they were so sorry for the experience they delivered again the next day. SAME THING no knock on the door NO ring the door bell this time the family was aware and saw them drive off so went to the porch to check and sure enough Fruit on the ground again..for the price you pay you should not have to be worried about the fruit being spoiled with ants in it.. so very upsetting don’t waste your money buying from this place !!!!!!

  I had to come pick up an order that was not delivered as I had ordered. When I walked in I walked past the cashier who was smoking a cigarette in front of the store. It felt like I was an irritation for being there to pick up an order that they did not deliver, so I would not recommend this place. At least not this location.

  First time I placed an order and my basket was so cute and presentable. I understand in all business there are high demands in short time frames, but even so they still made my order neat and yummy ;) Excited to place more orders in the future
