- MTM T4 days ago5.0I just need to compliment two of the staff members at this location who provided EXCELLENT Customer Service and support to me on two separate shopping visits. First, I'd like to commend IESHA for being so kind and assisting me throughout my time at the store. She kept checking on me while I was in the dressing room to see how I was doing or if I needed her to get something in a different size. She also offered me suggestions for other items that might suit my preferences at that time. She is AWESOME!!! The other lady was COLLEEN. She greeted me when I walked into the door and was very keen to ask me if I was looking for anything in particular that afternoon. Colleen was also very kind and light-hearted; we shared a laugh here and there which helped my time in the store pass quickly. She provided the same courtesies to me that Iesha provided on my last visit to the store. BOTH ladies were very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. They made my shopping visits enjoyable and I actually purchased MORE than what I came in for because their suggestions were so spot on!! LOL!

Apparently the manufacturers are making them smaller, even though it was the same cup/band size. Even though I had worn the bra, the associates let me exchange it for a different size. Shout out to Maddie, she was an amazing help! 5 stars to the staff, putting 4 stars because the manufacturer changed bra sizes
