  I'm always greeted when I walk in. I love buying stationary and journals as well. Check out the clearance...always some great finds.

  Man. Was a huge advocate for HPB for many years. Do not bring books here. They will bend you over hard and it’s truthfully ridiculous. Brought in over a hundred books. Dude told me “it’s different now” “supply, demand” BUT we’ll take books no matter what. Donate them if you don’t wanna take em..Look, some books weren’t much, I admit, but a lot were worth something. Something meaning at least a dollar or two a piece( many were worth more) many books worth $20-$50 and higher. Sat around hearing them saying how cool some were..like legit excitement (almost like they’re getting set aside to “claim”).. get called up “ your offer is ready” barely $20. Guys im not looking for top dollar but that’s some sorry wild nonsense. The days of HPB being a cool haven are over. Super bad treatment.

  I really love this place to buy books but selling them they give you half the price I think they should give you 😁🤔😎

  Selling to this place is a ripoff. I brought at least 300 like new books: Hard back Tom Clancy, Nora Roberts, Sandra Brown, James Patterson, Dr Suess; specialty books on Tiger Woods, history, religion, politics, etc. They offered me $20.08. I could have sold a handful of these books on-line myself for way more that. Never again.
