- DKDevyn KoteMay 11, 20261.0Picked up chocolate strawberry’s, and went home. Before we left to bring them to our moms that same day we noticed they had mold around the tops of some of them. We attempted to return to the store before they closed at 6, arriving at 5:50. The doors were locked and lights off. We really need just need a refund at this point, since we can no longer eat them or give them to our mom.
- A##May 11, 20261.0Absolutely TERRIBLE! My son ordered strawberries and flowers from here for mother's day. The driver seems to think ot was OK to leave the box of strawberries on the doorstep, in the pouring rain, without ringing the bell, or calling/texting the number on the order. Needless to say, 4 hours past the delivery time, my son text to ask if the order arrived. When I opened the door I found a totally drenched box, sitting on the ground, not even in a bag, and covered in ants! $50 worth of chocolates went straight to the garbage. At least the flowers were still OK. Do NOT order from this store!

I had a last minute time change and needed the delivery done sooner and this store made it happen! The delivery driver Sara M. was notified and she came through even sooner than expected! I am so thankful and extremely pleased!

- VRVin RisFeb 14, 20261.0Talk about Trash customer service. I placed an order on Feb 7th for a Feb 14th delivery and they claimed the Uber driver lost the order. They refused to have it redelivered and the rotten lady on the phone was the most disgusting human being ever, an absolute disgrace of existence. No one called to tell me, my order was missing, mind you I placed it a week ago. This is unacceptable, they need to be shut down
