  I will never ever use these people again. I had a specialty job that I wanted done. My proof looked perfect upon upload, but two days later I get an email and told my order is on hold bc I hadn't approved my proof. I NEVER got an email with a proof.. I responded twice to that email saying that + that I needed a new proof ASAP. i went on my account and they had completely changed my artwork so I denied it. I reminded them I had a deadline for this. No response. Tried the online chat. waited over an hour for it to keep exchanging people... where I asked multiple times for an updated proof. then they disconnected me. No proof. First thing Monday morning I call the help line. They STILL HAVE YET TO GET ME AN ACCEPTABLE PROOF WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY'RE GOING TO CHARGE ME $170 RUSH FEE TO GET IT TO ME IN A WEEK - A WEEK!!!!!!! I said absolutely not, cancel the order. They then offered me a measly 15% off (after adding the $170 rush fee), and I had to threaten them with a Credit Card Chargeback if they didn't cancel my order. They apologized and admitted 5x during the call that it was a miscommunication on their end, but they refused to make it right. All of this to say, I still had NO WORKING PROOF, and it's such a shame because I am largescale, digital printer who would have LOVED to have a resource to outsource all of this type of print to, and they completely ruined this customer relationship with me. HORRIBLE experience.

  Great service! Very patient while my coworker and I brainstormed ideas. Staff even let us bring in samples of the shirts to our leadership team for approval. Will definitely use them again!

  Connor G. was helping me out with designing and ordering the T-shirt’s and let me just tell you he was absolutely AWESOME! He had a good eye on how the design should be as in what to add what shouldn’t be added etc... he was also extremely patient with all the little adjustments I kept asking him to make. Trust me I asked him to show me thirty different versions of “what if it was like this or that or bigger or smaller” etc. honestly I couldn’t be more pleased with how the T-shirts ended up looking! I’m looking forward to coming back in to order more shirts for future events! Definitely helps coming in person than doing it online at home.
