  I had an amazing experience thanks to Mauro! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We spent over an hour trying on different options, and he never rushed us or made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose both our Meta glasses and another pair of sunglasses. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Mauro at laplaza mall you won’t be disappointed!

  This location exceeded expectations. I visited three times over the past two days and ended up purchasing four pairs. Each visit was consistently positive, with staff who were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely attentive. In contrast, the Sunglass hut kiosk inside Macy’s at the same mall provided a very different experience. On March 31 around 1 PM, the associate I encountered was dismissive and incorrectly stated that my brand-new glasses could not be adjusted, she straight out lied to not even help me, he attuitude was obivous. I returned to this location, where the team immediately assisted me and confirmed that the frames were actually very easy to adjust. The level of service made a noticeable difference. I left satisfied, returned later that evening, and made an additional purchase of approximately $700, which i guess is beneath the standards of the other lady. Highly recommend this location for both service and expertise.
