Nothing but fans everywhere but they were not helping at all. Went in for an expensive photo session, to spend it with my toddler and I sweating the entire time . Photographer was lovely, but our entire experience it was not.

Returns can only be done at one spot in the store, and there’s only ONE person at that counter which means you gotta wait for her to do the lengthy credit approvals. Also, the store was VERY hot as apparently the A/C was out. Unfortunately not a great customer experience overall today

We weren’t causing problems or bothering anyone, so the whole situation felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed as customers.
- MMM MMay 5, 20263.0I love shopping at JCPenney for the sales and will continue to but please do something about the checkout lines. There is only 3 checkout stands in the store and 1 person at each stand. I waited in a line for like 30 minutes and then the person in front of me wanted to apply for the credit card so that took even longer. Have a separate stand for credit card applications so customers aren’t waiting on their approval or denial. Also please put chairs and seating throughout the store for husband’s waiting or for people with disability and pain issues to take a break. Oh and the employees on the floor walking around aren’t very helpful. I needed a price scanned and she said she couldn’t. Then I asked her where women’s dresses were she said she didn’t know. Umm get rid of her.
