- TSTerry SolisSep 17, 20261.0Don’t even request curb side! I get to the store park at curb side then I get a message that it’s taking longer than usual understandable it’s the Mall. Then it says that I can’t do curbside and I have to go in and see the associate well. The two associates that were at the pick up curbside area. We’re just standing there talking so why couldn’t I get my order curbside never again will I come to this JCPenney mind you they didn’t even ask for my ID or anything so don’t waste your time doing curbside at this JCPenney. I believe I will cancel my JCPenney card cause it’s useless for people to be standing around. I guess JCPenney likes to pay people just to stand around and be talking when they were just gossiping there and not even helping the Customer. It’s bullshit.

Only thing is that they had Portable A/C units throughout the store don't know if the system was down. And the checkout line register, they only had one associate. The line was a little long.

Nothing but fans everywhere but they were not helping at all. Went in for an expensive photo session, to spend it with my toddler and I sweating the entire time . Photographer was lovely, but our entire experience it was not.

Returns can only be done at one spot in the store, and there’s only ONE person at that counter which means you gotta wait for her to do the lengthy credit approvals. Also, the store was VERY hot as apparently the A/C was out. Unfortunately not a great customer experience overall today
