  Disappointing Experience With My Rolex Purchase I wanted to share my disappointment with the experience I had when I returned to pick up my Rolex after having it sized. The first salesman who helped me was pleasant and helpful. However, when I returned to pick up the watch, the saleswoman simply handed it to me and walked away. There was no explanation, no follow-up, and no effort to show me anything about the watch. I understand she may not have been the person who originally sold it to me, and perhaps the sales staff works on commission, but I still expected a much better experience. This is the first Rolex I have ever owned, and I was excited about the purchase. I expected someone to take a few minutes to explain the watch, its features, how to properly operate it, and answer any questions I might have. Unfortunately, none of that happened. To make matters worse, the watch eventually stopped working and has been sitting in my safe ever since. I have since spoken with a jewelry dealer in McAllen who is willing to take the time to go over the watch with me and explain the ins and outs of it. For a purchase of this significance, I expected a much higher level of customer service and attention. I hope you will take my experience seriously, because I believe a customer purchasing their first Rolex should feel welcomed, appreciated, and confident about the product they just invested in. I wasn’t even offered a water had to ask for it.

  Me and my wife bought our 1st Rolex watch at Deutsch & Deutsch McAllen. Thanks to Nancy and to all the staff who took care of us. Highly recommend place to go when you need to purchase watch and jewelries.

  I had a fantastic experience here. I was an off the street, first time walk-in customer and received exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond really. On top of the service the timepiece selection is phenomenal. The vibe of the store is amazing and low pressure. They were all very knowledgeable about the brands and models. Five stars, will be back again.

  I’ve bought 3 watches with Armando at Deutsch and Deutsch and each time has been better than the last! Every time I come in, it’s 5-Star service! They always offer me a beverage, and make me feel at home, even if I’m just in there to browse. I definitely recommend them for your next watch purchase!
