- LNLayla NicoleApr 14, 20261.0The manager today her name is Michelle I think very rude to her other employee very smart mouth cursing in the store checked me out with her breath smelling like complete alcohol is this the type of managers Citi trends hires I definitely will never come back I would rather drive a hour to Shreveport especially when there are kids around the cursing is very unprofessional.
