  I was immediately greeted and with a smile. I drove over a hour away for an exchange and not only was it a pleasant experience, the store was clean, organized and everyone was so helpful. They were very informative and answered all my questions. I usually drive to the Cedar Hill location but I'm glad we drove to Mansfield instead. Thank you Vee, Laura and Natalie for showing so much kindness.

  I have been to this location 3-4 times and was always greeted, but last night was the exception! My daughter, Brianna , and I went to the store about 50 min before closing and was treated like royalty by Arin & V. These ladies were extremely impressionable, courteous, and customer service focused. Arin took special care of my daughter by assisting her with breast measurement, finding the right bra, panties, and pants sizes that enhanced her shape, which made my daughter feel special. My daughter has experienced so many setbacks this last year and she needed this one win so she could show up with confidence to her son’s graduation this week, whom she hasn’t seen in over a year. These ladies took great care of us! It is rare you get employees like this who don’t worry about the clock close to closing time, but the quality of care they provide in assisting their clients! After 46 min my bill was@ $720, after coupons and my military discount I walked out paying $274!! I love Lane Bryant! We will definitely continue to shopping at this location! :)

  Would give 0 stars if possible. This location is absolutely horrible. Completely horrific customer service and they do not have anyone there that knows what they are doing when it comes to bra fittings. They seem more occupied with taking about customers behind there backs or jacking around on their phones. Will definitely not be back to this location. I would rather drive further. Honestly though, Lane Bryant all together has been on a decline. They clearly don't care about their customers anymore, so I may not shop at the store at all anymore.

  This location is convenient and easily accessible. It’s not in a mall. It’s a free standing store. The ladies are always so nice and will try their best to lower your prices. They are friendly and the store is clean. Clothes are organized. Even the clearance section.
