The store had my phone number as well ad the recipient. Very disappointing that perishable foods would be left in the heat without even a call! The rose was beautiful!

Despite my attitude, April remained calm, patient, and professional. She was the definition of a true class act. After reflecting on how I had spoken to her, I called back to apologize. She graciously accepted my apology, and once again treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. Once I explained my situation, April was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help. She even asked her delivery driver if my order could be delivered first and included a complimentary piece of cheesecake. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, April exceeded every expectation. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care turned a difficult situation into an unforgettable experience. Because of April, I am a customer for life. Edible Arrangements is fortunate to have an employee who represents the company with such excellence. Thank you, April, for reminding me that kindness and exceptional customer service still exist.
