  We purchased two pairs of sunglasses and were offered a protection plan for “$40 per pair.” The associate said this price twice. After we agreed, he told us the plans came with free cleaning kits. Later, we looked at our receipt and discovered that the protection plans were actually $24.99 each and that we had been charged an additional $15 for each “free” kit, bringing each combination to $39.99. We returned to the store specifically because we did not want the cleaning kits and had never agreed to purchase them. Instead of acknowledging the misleading explanation and refunding the kits, the same associate doubled down and claimed that he had reduced the price of the warranties to include them. However, our receipt shows the protection plans at their regular $24.99 price and that is the price it is online and the kits charged separately at $15 each. This is especially frustrating because repeatedly telling customers that the warranty costs $40 could cause someone to decline coverage altogether because it sounds significantly more expensive than it actually is. We were annoyed by what we initially thought might have been a mistake, but we became genuinely angry when we returned, explained the problem, and were sent away without it being corrected. Whether this was intentional or not, the way the sale was presented was misleading, and the store had an opportunity to make it right but chose not to.

  I spent around 300 dollars there and was offered a warranty with my sunglasses for 40 dollars, the sales person said it comes with a glasses cleaner kit. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed that the warranty was 25 and the glasses cleaner was 15. I wouldn't have bought the cleaner on its own and only took it because I was told it was included with the warranty. When I went back and asked the sales associate he told me the warranty was 40 and it included the cleaner again. When I looked it up on sunglass huts website it states the warranty is 25. I think they have a little scam running to up sale the cleaner by saying the warranty is 40 and it includes the cleaner. I feel this is pretty dishonest and even worse when I went back and asked about it and got lied to. I can understand wanting to up sale a product because I work as a sales person as well but I can't believe they would lie to their customers about it.

  Such an amazing team, and very knowledgeable of current trends and collections. The team changes but the service never does. Only wish they would carry Miu Miu or Tom Ford in store

  we went in to try and find somewhere to replace some lenses on sunglasses and the assistant manager Neikko was so helpful and kind! he didn’t have to help us at all but he did and we greatly appreciated his kindness!
