  Walked in there to do a warranty was going smooth with the original person. I was dealing with until someone who gave me a name Matthew(Not sure if those is a real name cause he didn’t have a tag but let me describe them. He’s under 5 foot five long beard Older man) Was snickering behind me, Claiming I couldn’t Change the color of my sunglasses, even though I had a Oakley extended warranty Through his best efforts, he cannot find it in his warranty book where I could not do this certain exchange and basically told me I’m not gonna sit here going over this with you. You can read it and find it yourself. We’re not doing the exchange.

  The services was terrible and they couldn’t get my glasses right. It was warranty work. And tried to hand me other glasses and not deal with it

  I had the best experience picking out my prescription glasses. Just like the sunglasses the prescriptions lens are very impressive.
