I needed a pool table moved locally, I have used Jordan amusement several times and have had no issues. The guys moving the table are super quick, in and out no problem. My problem is with the customer service and care, I needed my pool table moved again and I have called 6 different times within the span of almost 2 months. Every time I called I could not get the information I needed or get put on the schedule. I would call and they would tell me they need to look at their schedule and call me back, so I would leave my name and number with them. Not once did I receive a call back. I have had to pay 2 extra months for a storage unit because I have not been able to get my pool table moved. A bit ridiculous on the customer service side.

1st time customer i came in to get a replacement tip ( 2$ ) wasnt sure how to do it they offered to put it on for 7$ ( great price ) i opted to do it myself I asked for advice and went home followed the advice and it came out very good definitely worth a visit if you take pool or darts serious :) or just want some upgrades :)).
