    Unfortunately, my experience with the photography department at JCPenney was disappointing. I was informed that their equipment had been ‘stolen,’ which resulted in issues with my appointment/service. While I understand unexpected situations can happen, the communication and handling of the situation felt unorganized and left me frustrated as a customer. I hope improvements are made in reliability, scheduling, and customer communication moving forward.

    Went to salon today to get a color, trim and blowout. Faith did an amazing job! I’ll always go there. They give a professional and friendly vibe.

    I have never written a review of a store, but I was so disappointed- I was standing in line with one item to buy, and a lady with a cart full of items rushed in front of me and then asked so many questions that I probably waited 20 minutes, and then her daughter started pulling things out. I nicely asked if there was another counter that I might check out at, to which the employee very rudely replied “well if you’d just wait a few minutes”, after I had already waited for quite a while(not her fault- I was not trying to be rude to her, I genuinely was just curious and just annoyed with the lady who cut me off). She started to check me out, and I was trying to be nice because I didn’t want her to perceive me as rude, but she wouldn’t even answer my questions(how’s your day, have y’all been busy today, how’s your Friday). She then took the $150 formal dress I was buying and shoved it, wrinkled, into a regular bag, and in a very sarcastic tone said “sorry about the wait”. I have worked retail and customer service for 5 years, so I COMPLETELY understand being fed up with rude customers, but I was really just trying to ask a question to get out of the store a little bit sooner. The attitude wouldn’t have even bothered me that much if my very nice purchase hadn’t been treated like garbage.
