Unfortunately, this store feels very unwelcoming. The changing rooms are kept locked and can only be opened by an employee, which I completely understand, but the employees working nearby were standing around talking and laughing with each other instead of coming over and helping. I waited by the dressing rooms for about 5 minutes with the clothes I wanted to try on but no one came over or even acknowledged me. At that point, I decided it simply wasn’t worth the hassle and left without purchasing anything. A little more attentiveness would make a huge difference.

I have been into the Longview Mall store the past 2 Saturdays. Not sure if this older lady with dark hair is the manager or what but she is absolutely hateful and rude to customers. You would have thought I asked her to rip off her toenails when I asked if they had any other sizes in the back. When she came out after looking I was waiting for her response and she said one of the cashiers could help me. Not much had changed the next Saturday. The same lady was on the floor, we asked a question, she gave a snippy remark (not an answer) and she never made eye contact much less greeted anyone who walked into the store. We came home and I ordered online. She needs to be gone! Can’t even imagine how she treats the employees in there.
