Obviously the employees know you have to come there by law and can just be short with you on the phone and hang up on you. I'm new to this process and hours of operation are not listed online other than open from 8-5. Here's a tip when someone comes during your lunch break kindly tell them your closed for lunch and we reopen at 1 p.m. it's not that hard. You could even post a sign on the door and save yourself a phone call.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
