  I can’t recommend this business enough! You can tell they genuinely take pride in the work they do and care about every customer who walks through their door. They take the time to get to know you, understand what you’re looking for, and make sure you’re happy with the finished product. Knowing them personally, I also know how much heart they put into their business. They’re hardworking, dependable, and truly care about the quality of their work and the people they serve. Highly recommend them for your custom shirts and printing needs!

  I am a fellow business owner and Southern Sass is the best company I have ever used to create my company merchandise. From hats to shirts to jackets and yard signs, they have provided consistent, top-quality products in a timely fashion and with great communication. They also create all the clothing my son wears for his school! Most importantly, though, they are proud believers in Jesus Christ and that shows in their business practices and the way they handle themselves. Bottom line: great company you can trust!!

  I always love coming in Southern Sass some of my favorite hats have come from here. I love that Southern Sass is family owned and operated and true community members that do great work for our community and local schools. Not only providing class shirts but graciously donating back to our schools!

  I ordered and paid for school shirts for my children in April. After waiting for quite some time, I tried reaching the company by phone on a couple of occasions, but they were either closed or the phone wouldn’t ring. I finally contacted my children’s school about the shirts, and the school provided me with a number to call. When I called, I was transferred to the owner and was shocked to learn that my PAID shirts had been donated because they were never picked up. I explained that I never received a phone call or text letting me know the shirts were ready. I was told they have no way of knowing whether anyone actually called me because they write that information on a piece of paper that is kept inside the bag with the shirts—and, of course, the bag and shirts have now been donated. After searching my email, I did find one computer-generated “order is complete” email that I apparently missed. However, I received no follow-up call, text, or warning that my paid merchandise would be donated if it wasn’t picked up by a certain date. I completely understand that a business cannot store orders indefinitely. What I do not understand is donating merchandise that a customer has already paid for without making a documented effort to contact the customer or sending a final notice stating, “If your order is not picked up by X date, it will be donated.” There should be a better system in place before disposing of merchandise that customers have already purchased, especially when there is apparently no way for the company to even verify whether the customer was contacted. I was never contacted besides the “your order is complete” email. Very disappointing experience.

  Great quality items, super prompt service and very responsive team! I have ordered many items from direct transfers, pre-made items, embroidery, etc. and plan to order many more.
