  Ask for RANDY! He’s the best! He will get you right , has so much knowledge in fishing , helped us pick our rods and fixed them up for us 👍

  Jeff in the fishing department is nothing short of the BEST of the BEST. He was super patient with me and answered all of my questions with lots of detail. He continued to one up himself going above and beyond the whole time I was there. If you need a fishing expert, Jeff is your guy!

  I went to (Cabellas) Bass Pro in League Ciry with my husband to buy him an “accessory” for his birthday. We were helped by Justin and Dominic at the boom-boom counter where they set my husband up with his dream device. They also rang up my fancy lounge wear at the same time and then informed us of a major sales promotion that neither of us were aware of. We saved a ton of $$ and my husband couldn’t be happier!

  This was my first time going to a Bass Pro Shop. I came here to get a gift for someone who loves to fish. I obviously know nothing about fishing so it was helpful to have great staff at this location guide me in the right direction. The front door greeters were incredibly kind and guided me to where I needed to be. I don’t remember the kind young man who helped me pick out a good tackle box in the fishing area but he was amazing! Before leaving, my cousin and I wanted to see the fish in the back and while we were coming to the front of the store to check out, the Hilton staff approached us abruptly and tried to sell us a time share. I got stuck with one of them for ten minutes. When I refused to put my credit card down, she then called for another man to try and push me to put my card information down for another ten minutes. At this part my experience here went downhill. They questioned my finances, asked why I couldn’t put the money down even though they gave me a ‘great offer’ and quickly changed their attitude when I told them no for the last time. The regular staff here is great but the Hilton people are pushy and rude. We were literally walking through the clothes when the first staff member popped out of nowhere. If there’s management who read this review, please talk to the Hilton staff about how they speak to customers. Otherwise, the Bass Pro Shop employees are great and I’ll come back but try to avoid the Hilton people.
