They have answered the phone twice and reconnected me to to no answer. I tried agian and someone finally answered the phone and spoke with me . However after I asked them if they could go find the wallet (which showed one in stock online) they said to go online and order it or come in thr store and look for myself. I live 1600 miles away! She said, we will call you back, took my number down and never even called. Worthless . Do better people. Horrible customer service

- VDVanessa DiazJun 24, 20261.0This place is unbelievably hot & stuffy, they have large utility like fans to cool the place, which seems a little tacky. It seems like closing the place for a month or so to prioritize fixing the air conditioning system would be the way to go. Customers want to shop in comfort & employees might be a little more enthusiastic with adequate work conditions. Secondly, when I was in there most recently, it was a ghost town. I was likely the only one in there, along with an employee who look like she just rolled out of bed , a walkie-talkie in her pocket, and couldn’t muster up the energy to greet the one customer in the store.. The racks are messy, random pieces all over the place. A previous review was spot on 75-80% of the women’s clothing is so bulky with ridiculous large, busy prints. Makes no sense at all. This business needs to step up their game..
