  Went in to get a pair of boots for work, first when I asked if they had black knee-high boots she hesitated & tried to say “Uh I’m not sure-“ Before I cut her off & pointed at the boots that were literally right behind her & asked “Can I see those?” She gave them to me, I tried it on & said I wanted to buy them. She asked if I wanted the pair..? I said yes (obviously..) & she said “Ok someone will go get it from the back for you.” I sat & waited next to the register for almost 10 minutes before I just left because clearly nobody was going to come out to help me. the service at this location is always disappointing, but this time it was enough for me to never come back

  I have a bad eye for a jewelry and fashion so I asked Violet to help me pick some things out to match a dress I have for a concert and she was super sweet and helpful! I loved everything I got today. The music and atmosphere was very chill, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. The prices are amazing, too - I got everything for $56! I had no idea Windsor had so many varied styles, I thought they only sold prom dresses. I’ll definitely be back next time I have an event! 🩷😊

  Abby and Diamond were super patient while I processed my returns. In preparation for wedding season i brought in 14 dresses to return. They made it easy and fun. I ended up coming back in because only 12 of the returns were captured on my return receipt and their professionalism/kindness doubled the 2nd time around. I can’t recommend both of them enough.

  This one worker was really inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was looking at clothes and she told me to move and put her latter there. I left. Don’t come here guys the workers are kids that clearly weren’t raised with manners.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The employees were standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers. I was trying to buy a dress, but the sales associate left me waiting and never came back to assist me. When I called her to ask for help, she seemed to laugh about it with her coworkers, which felt very disrespectful. Customer service should be a priority,.
