- RRRachelSep 2, 20261.0My daughter and I went into this Plato’s Closet in the evening on a weekday around 6pm, literally with our heads down just looking for a specific colored top she needed for school. Everything was fine until one of the workers on the floor was unnecessarily rude to us for absolutely no reason. We were both so confused and uncomfortable that we hurried up, paid, and left. I don’t know who hurt her, but management definitely needs to do some in-services with their teenage workers on basic customer service and professionalism. Customers should not have to deal with someone else’s bad attitude just to shop.
