  Keano was so nice and patient with everything! I was having some trouble with a product throughout locations and he helped me so much by checking availability in other stores, thank you!

  I was exchanging a gift I received yesterday with items that has the same price and the cashier told me I have to pay 10$ difference I clearly told her these items are the same total of 136$ how come I should pay 10$ for my new selection? She told me it might be the tax, then told me this is what the system shows. I again told her the new items I selected have the same total as the items I am returning why do I have to pay 10$ after repeating 3 times she then told me that the price of one item on the price tag is 58$ and it is wrong it should be 68$. I asked her if she can honor that and she refused then I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager and she cant honor it so I returned the gift back. I was dealing with a dishonest store manager that does not know basic math. Half of my athletic wear is Lululemon I am definitely not buying from this store anymore. We deserve a better shopping experience especially in a center like Lacenterra

  I just had my first shopping experience at Lululemon ever! Jasmine was a wonderful sales associate who was able to help me with sizing, and guiding me on what will work well for me as this was my first purchase ever. I really appreciated her help and will definitely ask for her for my next shopping experience!

  Not the best experience. I interacted with 2–3 employees during my visit, and they all seemed unhappy and not very welcoming. I felt like I was bothering them just by asking for help. The store is nice, but the customer service left a bad impression.
