I’ve been buying LL for years and recently have had some strange happenings with my online orders. My most recent order of three pairs of pants and 2 tops came in 3 deliveries. Only one item came correctly. One bag was ripped open with two pairs stolen. Another bag came with a completely wrong product I did not order and then the last bag came with the ordered top covered in soot/black oil stuff. I tried to go thru their customer service online and after submitting photos and videos of the deliveries, their customer service only addressed two of the issues. So many emails exchanged and still I was left with one shirt I never ordered, sent in the place of the one I did want. I took the item to the store and they were able to receive the incorrect product and order a replacement of the product I wanted. They also informed me I could come to the store to have products ordered by them to be delivered to the store (thus no longer having to deal with package thiefs). When you spend a lot of money with a brand and the online customer service is lacking correcting these issues, it’s nice to have the brick and mortar storefront employees there to help. I will be coming to the store moving forward when I see something online I want. If it’s not in stock, I can rest assured they will order it to the store for me and not have to worry about these delivery issues.
