- DKDavid KeenerJul 2, 20261.0Horrible store. They are an “outlet” so they don’t accept returns from online. Even though they are the exact same products. Best they could suggest is that we drive one hour to the nearest express store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Jacob assisted me during my visit, and he was friendly, professional, and happy to answer the few questions I had. When he noticed I was carrying several clothing items, he offered to get a fitting room ready for me and took the items over so I could continue shopping. Another associate was also working that day. Although I didn't catch her name, she noticed me looking at the accessories and made sure I knew about the current sale. Both of the employees were kind, welcoming, and professional. Based on my experience, I plan to return and hope future visits are just as positive.

Instead of addressing concerns, they made the situation worse. Customer service overall was unacceptable, especially at checkout—the cashiers lacked basic courtesy and respect. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire store. Management seriously needs improvement because this experience was frustrating and disappointing. They need to replace the manager here.
