  Princess was above and beyond in helping pick sizes for suits and other clothes. Very patient with us on double checking sizes and picking out pieces. Great service and quality clothes.

  During a recent shoe shopping experience for an event for my brother, who wears a size 16, we encountered an associate who appeared rushed and uninterested in assisting us. The associate *Princess who worked with us, unfortunately, lacked the demeanor of a “princess” or professional and was not genuinely interested in helping. Instead, she rushed us, displayed a negative attitude, rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth, and seemed eager to expedite our search for shoes for a 16-year-old who requires a size 16. It is perplexing why individuals choose careers in retail and seem disinclined to interact with customers.
